Need recommendation on Control Arm!

I just got Toytec Ultimate Kit installed a few days ago. I still have my stock Control Arms but my boots are ripped and leaking grease. Should I get aftermarket control arms? Or should I just get the ball joints replaced? If you recommend aftermarket what's the best? And what are good low budget control arms?

Aftermarket. My vote. Are you rubbing? Are you at the last tire/wheel/lift setup and rub free, as well as aligned? If no, aftermarket arms. Upper anyway. Lower is another show.

JBA UCA's

how long have you ran JBA?

I put them on a month ago. So far, I have done just one offroad trip, the Crown King Trail. It's pretty rough and long. Did lots of obstacles. I don't go crazy, but I don't baby it either. The BJ is an easily obtainable Moog for a 1/2 GM truck. I knew I didn't want uniballs, that's what steered my decision. The BJ is NOT what limits the travel on this design. Check out the JBA Offroad site, they have some great pics. Also, I don't know if they will fit your truck. In any case, they are worth a look!

I don't think they look anything like Camburg UCA's. They also use a totally different balljoint. I wouldn't mind trying a set of JBA HD UCA's if my SPCs ever break. One advantage the JBAs definitely have is using a chevy 1/2 balljoint. Not that those are very robust but you can probably find a replacement balljoint no matter where you are.

I know there's been a lot of hate towards the SPC/Light Racing UCA's but the set I run have been good to me.

Here's a pic of the Camburg UCA on my 5th gen for comparison.

I might try theses out. 450 isn't bad since it has more articulation then uniball and its grease able

Where did you have those installed? Looking for places here in the valley that will install owner parts.
