Need trading advice

I own a 1999 SR5 rear wheel drive with 180,000 miles on it. However, I recently looked at a 1998, black, 4wd, fully loaded with everything I want on it from the ARB winch mount bumper down to the interior LED bulbs 4runner. The problem is, it has 260,000 miles. Do you think that it'll last much longer? The thing is, I want a 4wd and I don't see myself ever spending the money for a 5" lift, Nitto grapplers, or an ARB bumper.

keep oil and water in it and it should last a long time. Go ahead and get it as it seams it is built the way you want.
