Never enough lift?

Alright so ive had my 3 inch revtek spacers for awhile now and I want to go bigger...
But anyways, I was looking at getting a 2inch 4crawler body lift on top of my 3inch spacers and also getting performance products 1inch lift springs.

Will the 3inch spacers work with these springs?
And will this cause problems with CV boot angles?
(I also already have a 1inch diff drop spacer kit installed)

Sorry to make it long but if all this does work how do I know what size shocks to with?
Thanks Tyler

I believe that putting these coils with the spacers will for sure put your CV angles beyond what is considered safe. Not to mention that you have upper and lower ball joints and inner and outer tie rod ends that might not be able to handle that much angle. Also with wanting to install a body lift, you must have wider tires and more offset on your rims since your probability to flop is dramatically increased. Also to compat the flop issue, you don't want to make your suspension so stiff that it barely flexes. Some times it not the lift in height, but the lift in useablilty. I have a 2.5" lift on my Tacoma , but I gained twice the amount of flex and still have the ability to stuff the tires in the wheel wells. Thus reducing the flop factor.

I agree with you 100% about the usability issue, but I want BIG haha anyways can you drop the diff more then 1inch or will that raise other problems? and do they make other tie rod ends and ball joints that may work?
Thanks

Honestly the diff drop yields mixed results. Some say that it works good and helps, others say it doesn't do crap. My opinion is why do I want to make something lower to the ground when the idea is to keep all of it higher? If you start lowering that thing down, how are you gonna put a skidplate on it if the factory one doesn't fit anymore. Of course you can get one fabbed up, but its $$$$. Another thing you can do is a solid axel swap, thats about 6 to 10 grand, and I haven't seen one on a 4th gen runner as of yet. With a SAS, you can get 8 inches of lift or more and run upwards of 37" tires. Of course the more you go the more you spend.

now theres an idea... but seriously I have put alot of thought into a solid axle swap but just dont have the money or the time for it right now

Okay so I think im going to go with the RB 2" body lift along with my 3" spacers. Just wondering, what size shocks will I need, and also do I need to extend brake lines?
Ohh and what shocks will offer me the best ride?

alright... im going to save you some face down the road....

dont go with a 2" BL... its pointless unless you are compensating for something else.

honestly the 3rd gen's roll easy enough as it is, you dont want to be very tall unless you are going to do a SAS....

if you are running spacers, you dont need new shocks, as that is the main reason for using spacers and not actually replacing suspension components....

so... what i say you do is rip all that stuff out of your truck, buy the OME 2.5" lift kit, put that in, and be happy... it will flex better than you ever hoped and wont put strain ANYWHERE on your vehicle.

if you HAVE to compensate, the only thing i would do to get bigger would be put dual transfer cases in... some taller gears, and a 1" BL. with some major fender trimming you would be able to fit a 35" tire on aftermarket wheels...

and shocks for your ride... depends on what kind of feel you want to get....

oh... and SAS... you could prob do it for around 4k if you can do all the fabbing yourself... just found that out today as a matter of fact, but unless you have broken IFS alot, no need to go SAS unless its show...
