Hi everyone.

I wanted one of these for twenty years. I spent the last year looking for a "highlander" but finally settled on a low miles late '99 limited, with Zero rust. Also very rare in New England.

The Highlander with a 5speed and E-Locker is a mother trucker to find hell even with an auto. If they come up for sale there is a price to pay for they and they go FAST. Same day even from what I have read and seen. I think you have the next best option truck honestly. It is what I have and I love it. Did you get one with a locker also? Multi-Mode Transfer Case? Jump on over to the 3rd Gen section(the best gen, IMO) and take a look around, there is a wealth of information in the sticky's. Your wallet is going to hate you now.

It is a multi mode with a dif lock. I got it from a immigrant used car dealer on long Island. They got it at auction from a Range Rover dealer. The one owner woman who, I called said she had full dealer service and never touched the 4WD lever.
