New member
First time Toyota anything owner.. I'm a Ford guy. I bought this for my 15 year old sons first car. 2001 T4R, 166,xxx miles. Original Lady owner..stacks of service records. All done at the dealership.. if they said it was time for something to be done, she let them do it. Garage kept its entire life. Seat covers since day one, interior is perfect. Runs like a champ and no real issues.

If I can figure out how to post pictures I will. I have blacked out the chrome and lower sections and am currently working on the grill mod.

Now if my son gets off his butt and gets his learners permit, we will be set...[emoji849]

For the lower section of the doors and the chrome on the bumpers , I used plasti dip spray paint. For the flares and other “plastic parts” I used fusion or something like that made especially for plastics.. I needed to sand the flares because some parts were scratched up pretty good.

Nice 4Runner

Yea thanks, I get a lot of comments on the color. From my understanding it’s a rarer color called Glacier Metallic, I guess they only did it one year for what it’s worth. Added some graphics to her today.

Hey where did you get that graphic and did you do both sides ? Also I really like the grill, you did that yourself?

I have only done one side, but have the other one ready to go, going to tackle it this weekend. Yes, I did the grille mod myself .
I got the graphics from overland.. I actually ordered 4 total, thought only one came with each, I’ll probably sell the other 2 on here soon..keep a eye on the classifieds section..unless I put it on my Polaris hood...[emoji51]
