New 4 Runner need help.

Bought a 06 Sport from a Ford dealership.

I wanted to see if anyone knew of a good place in the NOVA area to take it to and get whatever maintenance is required.

Just rolled 94k.

Or maybe you can suggest maintenance I can do my self.

Problem is I don't have a manual to tell me whats due... stupid dealership.
