New 4Runner Owner

Just picked up my first 4Runner. It's a 97 with 163k on it. I'm really impressed with how well it runs and drives. Being a Toyota I'm sure it'll last a long time yet.

I plan to keep it stock but like the idea of an OME kit to freshen up the suspension (it's a bit bouncy on highway bumps). I went through an looked at what I know to be the trouble points and it seems to be in good shape otherwise. Looks like there's a lot of great info on this site.

I've gotta say, I'm liking these prices on the 3" springs. I initially assumed they included spacers in the kit at the bottom of the page. Yay, more stuff to think about spending money on!

What shocks are you running with those springs? Do you like the setup? I've seen full ome shock/spring set for $700 which seems reasonable. Some pics would be great!

I am running fatbobs shocks I think they right great I have a buddy that had the same setup and running OME shocks and I think they ride the same he says mine rides better.

I think I paid 500 shipped they did free shipping for a mil discount for me. Just call them I am sure you can get a better deal than what the web site says I have these spring they sent me for the rear but was the wrong one I think they are med load for the front but I just done know here is the pic If any one has a clue of what they may fit the old spring is a read spring that was the stock one
