New 4th Gen owner

Hey y'all. Just got my first 4Runner a week ago. 2007 Sport Edition with TRD wheels and Nitto Trail Grapplers. Bought it with 172k on the dial, and it runs great. Had the common Christmas tree dash lights, but $100 fixed it. Daystar comfort ride front lift on the way.

Hey man, nice rig. Wondering what size wheel/tires you have on there now and if you get any rub. I have an 06 v6 that I just came into and wondering what I can get away with stock. There seem to be a lot of posts about it but there are always caveats outside stock.

17 inch TRD wheels with 265 65r17 Nitto Terra Grappler G2s. Tires are 30.6 inches tall. No rub with stock suspension. Installing a Daystar one inch comfort ride spacer lift in the front this weekend. I'll update once it's done.

I was thinking of doing the cornfed 3/2. Let me know how the Daystars work out. Im still on the fence about it all. This ones going to be my daily so i don't want to get too crazy. Its hard to keep it all in check with this forum and the parts deals that are going through the weekend. Thanks man

I would probably decide on what size tires and wheels I wanted first and base the lift decision on that. If you're not off road very much, there are quite a few options out there for lifts that won't break the bank. I picked up the Daystar front leveling kit for $45 shipped. Mine is my DD, so I didn't need much, just wanted to level it out. I could probably move to 32 inch tires with no problem after the front lift. Just something to think about.
