Just put these on my '20 4Runner from USR. So happy to have the crappy chrome gone:

I keep thinking I'm going to order a set, but haven't yet.
The thing is that yeah the side chrome is gone, but for some reason it looks incomplete because the turn signal is so obviously chrome still. I know that's so it reflects the light, but it just looks weird to me. They really should take the turn signal portion of the housing, make it LED, and match the look of the brake section of the light beneath. Then the whole taillight would flow.
It's an improvement, but I wish there was a better solution overall. Pretty truck
