New, Blue, TRD ORP

Super-excited to be the proud owner of a off-road premium! Had it in my head that we'd get the white one the dealer had, but when my wife saw the nautical blue in person, we both agreed that was the right color. Now I just need some copper wheels for it..... :thumb3:

So far, I've put on some real tires, changed out the low bulbs to Morimoto LEDs, and sprayed the frame/underside with CRC Rust Inhibitor.

I came from a unibody Grand Cherokee, so I'm really loving having a real-life frame. It's so nice to not hear my bike rack rattling around back there. Aside from the frame, it's also pretty great to not be impressed each time it successfully starts.

Thanks! Interested to see what direction you guys take the blue. My instinct was to black everything out, but I’m really liking the white-ish trd off road lettering on the c-pillar.

And I love salsas! Always wanted one. I’m just getting into trail stuff. I started with a road bike, and then got a fat bike for snow riding in the winter. I liked that so much I just rode it on the road in the summer, too! I’m much more in tune with fat bike culture... I never care how fast or far I go, and my rides incorporate breweries as much as possible [emoji23]

Looks good.
But every time I see that thread title I can't help but think of "Fox in Socks". I have an 18-month old, so it's very familiar; new, blue, goo, now...

OP - beautiful color choice. Got a blue one myself. Hated the color at first. Then I loved it. Can't imagine getting any of the other colors.

Speaker day today! I was surprised how bad the stock speakers were. Crutchfield was super helpful, and came through speedy delivery.

So how do you like your new speakers?

I'm thinking I need to do something like this.
