New CBI front bumper

What foot lbs should we tighten the bolts to up front?

Just installed mine a few days ago, but there is some rattling on the driver's side.

I have a few suspicious areas, and made some tweaks, but it's still there. I think it's the metal "wings" (very posterior part of the bumper on either side) contacting some metal on the 4Runner, and I tried pushing those parts in a little but the rattling is still there...

Wondering if it's safe to remove those parts? Or should I try to push in the metal even more?

Just ordered an aluminium one with full hoops. What Baja Designs Squadron SAE's fit in? Do you have to order the more expensive 4runner specific kit with the harness and mounting brackets or can you get the lights and a harness separate?

Get the 4Runner specific kit, you’ll need those brackets in conjunction with the ones CBI sends you.

Best looking 5th gen bumper on the market. I wish I would have gone this route.

Thanks for the info. Is it possible to fit them after the bumper has been installed without removing the bumper? Your picture suggests its possible.

You can, but you’ll have a hard time adjusting them while the bumper is mounted. I installed and adjusted them before mounting the bumper. They won’t get in the way of anything while you’re installing the bumper. Make sure your A/C line doesn’t contact the bumper. I had to cut an extra inch off the bumper to clear it, didn’t feel like bending it.
