New DeMello Aluminum bumpers

Ok, this is what I've been waiting for.

Still would really like to know if it will require cutting the bumper or if you guys figured out insert yet.

Will call you all next week and figure out exact cost and stuff.

Dimensionally how does this relate to your current steel offering? They look like the same design but didn't see it explicit anywhere. Loving you're steel bumper but wouldn't mind dropping some weight.

It's the same bumper, just with thicker material, the uprights are 1in thick instead of .5in thick the skin is also 3/16in thick instead of 1/8th in.

We are working on a fiberglass filler piece for those that don't want to cut. It will be a little while before that is available, but we are working on it.

I'd be interested, but only with a 2014+ filler piece. Any estimates on the cost and wait for those?

I’ve been looking into your bumpers but can’t find this info anywhere. One of the main reasons I want an aftermarket bumper is for increased approach angles. The stock approach angle is 33* whats your approach angle w these bumpers?

Awesome bumpers! Glad to see the aluminum available. I just received my second steel bumper and couldn’t be happier with it. Keep up the great work guys!

I did. It looks great. I waited for the filler piece and finally have that painted so just waiting on some time to switch it all out. May do it tomorrow. Will definitely post photos when I do.
