New dog cage / cargo barrier *lots of pics*

That's really nice looking. Now you can start arresting people or probably catching stray animals. A little bit of paint job on the side of the car that says "Animal Control" would be nice.

But seriously, that's a good design. it will protect you from flying objects if you have stuffs in the back during collision.

I just want to give Corbet Hoover a bump for this cargo barrier. I just installed it and this thing is skookum. I don't really do any off-roading, so this is really a dog barrier for me. I have tried a few options including the ones that compress against the headliner (cannot hold any real weight and damages headliner), and the ones that attach to the headrest bars (failed out of the box).

I am new to 4runners and have been searching for a solid dog barrier when I ran across this thread last weekend. I emailed [email protected] last Sunday evening to inquire about ordering one. Corbet reponded that night and said he had one ready to ship. I payed via paypal on Monday. He shipped it out Tuesday and it was delivered Friday.

I cannot post any pictures better than the OP, so I will just say that it is obvious to me that a lot of care went into the detail of the design and the quality of the build of this barrier - even the way he packaged it, it was well wrapped and contained all hardware and istructions. Installation was easy.

I am a small business owner and believe in supporting independent businesses. This barrier is not cheap - but you get what you pay for. I would recommend this to anyone looking for the ultimate dog barrier.

Unfortunately, my 03 only has a single mounting point (single nut coat hook, not 2-nut hand hold), so I'm still SOL on a mounted metal barrier.

My Lab is a mud magnet and he is brown so you dont see the mud until its on the floor or seats lol. I have been looking for something like this but that is pretty expensive. Nice find though!

Appears it does not work in the 2016. Any other suggestions. Would love to see him come up with something.

Might have better luck over in the 5th gen section.
