New Dual Exhaust

I’ve been wanting to do this for a while now, but all the shops I went to had said that it wasn’t possible to do dual exhaust even with my spare tire removed. So I came to one final shop today and they’re doing it for me right now.

I’m going with black tips and a side exit before the rear tires. It’ll be right under my running board and passenger door. It’ll look different and maybe a little dumb right now, but I honestly don’t really care. I think it’ll look unique. I also don’t do any off roading so the lower clearance won’t bother me.

I’ll update pics as the job goes on

Looks good, I've wanted to add similar side-exit tips but it would get ripped off on a rock.

Any mufflers or just a straight-pipe?

Just straight pipe. I have the cats from the manifold on, but I did the rear cat delete and the muffler delete as well

Have them add an "H" pipe on there, helps with the drone.

I initially thought the same thing, but nope. Was driving for about an hour yesterday with the windows down and had no issues with fumes. Even while sitting in traffic. The exhaust tips are pushed back far enough that the fumes go to the back of the truck

That sounds pretty sweet. A little loud for everyday driving but i've had an idea that I may end up doing soon where I use one of those electric exhaust cutouts in line in front of the muffler to where I can do everyday driving with the flowmaster 40 I have and then if I want to do some spirited driving do the in essence straight pipe with a side dump
