Front outer tire lumpy wear

We have had my wife’s 08 for almost 10 years. Been through a few set of tires. Lifetime Firestone alignment and tire rotation done every 5k miles. We stay on top of the service with that being said ever since we did her lift we have had outter tire wear (ribbed up/down/up/down wear) on all sets of tires. Has a shake at 55-62ish mph but goes away and high speeds. Recently we had the steering rack/tie rods replaced and the shake is more pronounced now. The shop says it’s from this tire wear (it’s on all 4 since we stayed on top of rotation). Alignment is in check. Recent shop that didn’t rack has done most the maintenance during this time and trust worthy. They said hard to tell but this tire wear recommended suspension issues. But would do LCA and LBJ as a per recommendation due to mileage but no guarantee it resolves the issue.

Struggling to find what is making this tire wear/shake. LCA? Or LBJ? We are at 260k and on OEM from what I can tell we have had the care since 150k and has a very clean record. Regardless going to need 2 new tires to get rid of the cupping tire wear.

Was thinking of going with these in so:
