Long time lurker, and I mean LONG TIME. I have wanted a 4runner for about 5 years now and this weekend I purchased a used 2005 SR5 w/ 97k miles. So I thought I would officially join.
Purpose of this vehicle is a daily driver but will serve me for my hobbies; camping, hiking, hunting, fishing. With light off road capabilities, maybe some recreational trails. I come from a family of Toyota owners, dating back to the mid 70's. This personally is my 4th Toyota, but first runner.
I'm aware of what these trucks are capable of, but lack skills to build it on my own. I hope this site can be of some assistance. I plan to do a lot of reading and maybe asking of my own questions.
