New guy and Light bar question?

Hi everyone my names Joe and I'm from Long Beach. I recently bought a new to me 2000 4Runner SR5. I'm a Baja junky, I love diving and surfing down there, so this rig will be making multiple trips down often.

My question is I have a 30" light bar from DDM Tuning and was wondering where would be the best and easiest place to mount the light bar? I ordered a stingray cargo rack and it should be arriving soon, I was thinking about mounting it to the rack so I was wondering if anyone recommends any mounting brackets that would work for it? So is there a mounting bracket that would mount to this rack? Other possible easy places to mount the light bar?

If you want it on the rack, which would probably be best, I would just take it to a fab shop... Have them cut and weld two simple brackets.

Or make them yourself, if you do that sort of thing.

Something like this may work for you. Your rack is probably 1" tubing. This is what I'm going to use to mount to my 32" light bar on my rack. I'll post pictures when I get around to installing it.

Check out mine on the roof, I really like it. It sticks up kinda high but its in the perfect location. cast a shadow just over my hood so no light reflection in my face. Since its so high the distance is great.

Once i added the sunroof deflector its super quiet also and doesnt seem to affect gas mileage at all. still avg 20mpg highway 65mph

what about that lower opening in the bumper...? will it fit in there? i think that would be a better option than up on the rack. but thats just me...
