New member here, made my way from ih8mud. Excuse my spam postings but I guess I needed 20 to make an intro...

As far as "trail" rigs go I've owned a FJ 40/55/60, non toyotas 69 Bronco, and 1985 Gelandewagen put in an OM603 diesel w/ 5 speed.

Just got back from deployment and with a new kid I'm searching for a reliable "family" wagon. In reality I'm currently building a 1974 1275gt clubman (Mini Cooper) track car and I need a tow vehicle/ 4 door 4x4 grocery getter.

Progress....need to find a vehicle soon, as the track car gets parts the family wagon budget gets smaller and these Labor Day sales on minimania killed me!!

Good looking mini! My dad has a white 1967 Mini Cooper S that he used to autocross, good looking car you have!! Looks like a fun project, and so much easier to wash than your new 4runner will be
