new here,and lookin for help with my 22re in my 85 4runner.

i have a problem with the motor running incorrectly once it warms up.it is flooding out #2 cylinder.im thinking the injector is sticking once it warms up?also it is idling high.could this be tied to the injector as well?i love these old toyotas and i want to get it smogged so i can finaly drive it!any help would be awsome.:guitar3:

Could be your cold start injector. I would recommend downloading a FSM and checking the resistance for all your injectors per the manual. Or if you are lazy, yank all of them and send them to Wtichunter. They are in Bothell and do a really good job of testing and cleaning.

DL fsm and check timing and idle speed, coolant level and TPS adjustment/resistance specs.
