Hey all, I just registered for the forum. Long time lurker, but first time poster. I have had the 4Runner for almost a year now and I am ready to start modifying. I have a 2006 SR5 V8 4x4, love it so far. I know its been beaten to death but does anyone have any new insight or experience with adding the Gibson catback exhaust and K&N CAI? I am just trying to improve my MPGs.
Also, anyone with any experience installing the Old Man Emu 3 inch coil lift that is on Toytec? I really don't take the 4Runner off-road very often and I don't want to break the bank on a lift but I would like some height and, when its time, some bigger tires. Just wondering if its any good or if there are any better options.

P.S. My V8 has the drive line clunk like so many others have described, enough underside rust to keep me up at night, and the fuel filler door needed to be "adjusted".
