I am new here, don't own a 4Runner yet, looking to buy one. As you tell from my screen my favorite 4x4 is my uncut 77 Bronco....

I am thinking about a 2015 Trail Premium for a couple of reasons, the main one is to get the manual transfer case, the second is the leather, or so it is called, interior.

So I will be lurking and maybe asking some silly questions. I am not new to Toyotas, my son has my old 2002 Tacoma, my daily commuter is a 1996 T100 with 250K on the 2.7L engine, my parents have Toyotas. The T100 is in better shape than my 2005 F150 4WD with half the miles. No more Fords for me if made after 1977!!!!

They. have. a manual transfer case? Does that mean no dial on the dash? I hate the neutered effect of the dial on my 2008.

Anyway I think the new 4Runner is probably the best 4WD SUV option out there. I really don't like them getting so large. The 3rd gen was a perfect size IMO. You will be happy with the Toyota's longevity.

I mostly replied to ask for pictures of your Bronco. Unmolested Broncos are getting rare and command big prices. I have an uncut 1st gen 4Runner. No 289 in it though.
