Hey everyone, I am happy to be a member here. I signed up a few years ago
And mostly just lurk and never post.
So here's my story:
First 4runner was a 93 SR5 lifted 4" with a 3.0 and 5 speed with 35" tires.
Daily drove it for years and loved it. Sold it to buy my next truck.
Picked up a 98 limited that was SASd, with the 3.4 and an automatic. Locked front and back and mostly only drove that off-road. Ended up stripping it apart and parting it out.
Picked up a 97 sr5 with a 3.4 and a 5 speed. I daily drove it to work for about
A year and ended up selling it to my dad. He loves it and we drive together all the time.
I now have an 88 sr5 I got with a 3.0 and a 5 speed. I ended up throwing the 3.4 from my 98 into it. I also have the fj80 axles for it I want to eventually swap into it. I have done a lot to this truck and still have a lot of plans.
We also recently picked up a 2017 4runner limited as my wife's daily driver and our new beach truck.
