New member looking into a T4R

Hey there T4R forum!

Im new to the site but I am hoping to move into a 4Runner soon (or a 4dr Tacoma). Really hoping to find a clean late year 3rd gen or a nice clean 4th gen. Really like the 4th gen body though, so I have my hopes up. My friend who runs the used car department at a dealer might be able to help me hopefully.

As for now, I have a modified 2004 Acura TL (see sig) that I have loved and cherished for the +100k of its life. But I am ready to get muddy and haul kayaks and my mountain bikes on some adventures. The Toyota platform is perfect for that.

Im located out in Pittsburgh (LETS GO PENS!) and we have lots of nice country side here that can be enjoyed. Hopefully before winter I will be in something new

Although I am new to the site as well, I could help you with some advice on all the different things you get with each different year of the 3rd gens. I don't know anything about the 4th gens though so you may have to ask someone else here for advice on them.

I’m new to the site also and new to the 4runners I’m a jeep guy going to try a 4Runner out looking at a TRD Offroad today.
