Hey guys, new to the forum... Looking to see if there's anyone here living in Las Cruces, maybe even if there is a 4runner club here in Las Cruces as well. Looks like everyone's in Albuquerque.

Welcome to the area, We have a huge group of almost 200 people in the area between elpaso/las cruces and alamogordo/cloudcroft area. I live up in the mtns by alamogordo, and we wheel a few times a month over here. We have a few people that live over in LC that you might want to hook up with too. Patrick lives over there and wheels some too. You can see him on our facebook page or this little website I just built.

it will be a real easy trail so stockers welcome. its gonna be more of a scenic get-away-from-the-city drive

I did La Bajada as my shake-down cruise for my stock '12 TE a couple months ago.

Just to let you guys know, you will hit your skids in stock vehicles. The group I went with was surprised at the level of difficulty. We think erosion exposed more lava rock.

It's not bad, but just be prepared.

Subscribed! I live in Santa Fe but don't mind driving a bit to meet up with other 4runner owners..any more local (NM) trips being planned?
By the waaay.... I been wanting to check out the Red River area (Greenie peak, Goose Lake maybe...?)
And just cause I saw some pics of Diablo canyon just had to..lol
