New Mexico 4Runner Owners Thread

Hi All,

I'm gonna check out the High Desert Cruisers, but I like to DIY but don't have a garage and really want to do the Fluid Film coating on my new TRD OFP but I don't have a place to put it on a lift.

I know I could crawl around and do my best, but was wondering if there was a place where people get together and do DIY stuff, a garage, or a place that provides that service in New Mexico.

I live in Taos, but I'll drive.

That's a tough one, and I'm not sure how to solve this issue. Have you given any thoughts to hitting up your local auto shop and tell them if they can use your rack for half hour? Just pay them half the cost of their hourly rate so they'll make a little money on you.

just a thought. Figured small town garages might be open to a local's request.

I wasn't active on here for a while due to various reasons but I've been on here more recently. I'm also in ABQ but currently I don't have much time to work on vehicles these days. Hopefully some other locals will chime in and give you a hand. Have you checked on TW? There's a lot more traffic there and a lot of talented folks.

FS: Icon UCA

Hey guys, I'm selling my Icon UCA's I had just bought a pair of Delta Joints to install onto them, but decided to take my vehicle back to stock so I just had them uninstalled. The place was nice enough to put in the Delta Joints. They did tell me that new bushings would be needed, but other than that these are in great condition and ready to go. They are for sale on Facebook, but I thought I'd post them up here as well. Let me know if anyone is interested. I'm looking to get $450 for them OBO.
