Hi guys, new to the forum and 4Runners. Before I owned my 4Runner I had 01 Xterra 4X4 and I enjoyed it, but unfortunately I had a small fender bender and it had to be laid to rest. So after a while of searching I came across my 97. I bought it with 190k (previous owner had all service records) for $4500.00.
I have to say the 4runner is not as nimble as my X but everything else is amazing. I took her off-road today for a trial run and she tackled every obstacle with ease in 4H. I had to drop it down in 4L only once to handle a pretty nasty wash.
Anywho, I'm looking forward to learning from you guys here on the forum about these powerhouses.
