This is true. They raised the price but put the on sale which made them the same price as the old ones. I’ve been wanting these and they’ve just been out of stock. Just stoked the are available.

Cool design! I see a little water catcher there at the base of the legs, but the square tube at a 45* angle is a nice touch.

I hope the price works for people in the 3rd gen community.

If you like the look go for it. I'm sure they are strong enough.

Someone tell me what Roy was thinking with the skid redesign. Do I really see holes in the tcase skid? I've always maintained holes in skids are a very bad idea. Wheel in the rocks and those holes will catch on a lot.

Charlie, good observation. I just spoke with Roy about my order (bumpers) and raised that capture spot with him. He confirms it as valid, but not particularly worrisome.

In bare metal form, the weight for the standard slider is 52.5 lbs, the kick-out version is at 58.

Matt, I finally just installed my RCI skids, and no hole in that transfer case skid. The other two yes though. Point taken. An option to have a hole or not would seem like an easy one.

Good looking slider design. Very creative. Would be something I'd consider. I may contact them to see if they have anymore pictures of them installed.
