New shocks with coil conversion

I am sorry for bringing up a question that seems to have been asked a ton of times, but just trying to make sure I am going about this right. Need to replace worn out shocks on my wifes 2003 GX470, not lift it, and get rid of leaking rear air bags.

Will these items get me where she wants it without spending a ton of money? Any other parts needed?

OK, so this is what I am going to try first. Got the Metal Tech conversion kit.

Then found some "take offs" from a '18 4runner that was getting a lift kit installed at a local shop that does a ton of 5th gens, GX's, and Tacomas. Got the front struts, UCA's, rear shocks and springs all for $50, with only 20k miles on them. So hopefully it will ride much better and only be into it for $330.

I have the arnott kit with bilstein and it is fantastic. I was actually shocked at how much better it handles vs my 4runner.

So we got the Metal Tech kit in and replaced the front struts yesterday, rides like a new car. Most importantly wife happy with it and I didn't have to break the bank.

I just replaced my 2013 GX worn shocks with Bilstein 5100's front and rear. They definitely help bring back better ride qualities. I only ended up spending $400 vs the $2,000 lexus dealership quoted me for stock replacements.
