New to 4Runner... Selling my SC Taco TRD

Selling my supercharged 1st gen Taco TRD. Test drove 2 new 4Runners tonight - both TRD Off Road Premium models. One with KDSS and one without. I was doing figure 8's in the parking lot making the salesguy sick but I only noticed a slight difference between the two. Didn't seem like it was worth $1700 to me for the KDSS... decided against it.

Pulling the trigger on Super White as soon as my Taco sells.

The dealership had an off road area it was pouring rain and all muddy. He wouldn't let me drive it in the mud and made me trade him places so he could demo the crawl control and terrain select. I was impressed to say the least! Surprised they wouldn't let me drive ?

I don't know that the KDSS makes any palpable difference, and you'll find it more difficult to mod down the line if you decide to. Best to stick with the standard suspension IMO

I thought about being one of "those" guys and asking "What is KDSS?" But I used Google instead and it sounds like Chevy's Mag-ride, except meant for off-road.

I can't believe the salesguy didn't let you demo crawl control yourself! When I went test driving, my salesman (yes, his attitude absolutely sent me back to him when I was ready to buy) gave me instructions on how to get to a huge off road hill behind the dealership and then walked me through Terrain Select/Crawl Control all the way up and down it, and he was in the back seat! He seemed almost as pleased as I was when we brought their demo truck back on the lot dripping wet/covered in mud.

Congrats in advance on your purchase! Not to make you second guess your color choice, BUT the super white is a single stage paint. I'm not positive what that means, but I have seen several of the Super White guys complaining about rock chips. Still a gorgeous color
