New to the Forum and the 4Runner.

Hello everyone, I'm new here and new to the 4Runner. I've always wanted one and I'm glad to finally have it.
I have a question though: What is this?

I believe I read in the manual that it is for holding a trash bag - I have that in my 06 4Runner used it for that on long road trips.
