Can some one help me I have 2000 4 runner with 200000 miles on it but it shakes at idle speed runs fine when over 3000 rpms ,gave it tune up replaced 1 injector still have problem

What some people call a full tune up is different from next person. So what is your full tune up ?
what is your idle RPM ?
How did you know which one injector to replace ?
just trying to narrow things down a bit.
check for vacuum leaks, several ways to do it, if you dont know check youtube
did you use dual electrode plugs, if not go get some NGK's and while your there get some MAF and Throttle Body Cleaner and a new PVC valve and I would go for a good fuel cleaner in tank such as sea foam and run it strong, clean the MAF and the Throttle Body, replace the PCV, and if no history, replace fuel filter and air filter.
maybe even do a compression check while the plugs are out
next would be plug wires
