Newbie... Considering to buy a Gen5 Trail but high miles!??!

I have opportunity to purchase a 2011 Trail, but it has high mileage... 92k!

Should I be concerned? What are the major maintenance milestones I need to be aware of?

Price is $23,400 and it has Navi and KDDS.

Any help or input would be appreciated!

Wow that is really high... the industry norm is 15K a year. This thing is more than double. Price seems really low... is this private party or dealer? Any maintenance records for it?
