No fuel or spark , 91 4runner 3.0 v6

Hi i am trying to fix this 91 4runner , First of it all started with the 02 sensor wires in the exhaust melded and the efi relay died. Then i got the sensor fixed and replaced the efi relay with brand new one. But now it cranks but does not run. I dont get fuel and no spark. The EFi fuse and relay are both fine. What can this be??

Check the ignition coil and fuel pump or fuel pump relay
