No Indictment...

And the circus continues...

Weasel Zippers | Scouring the bowels of the internet | Weasel Zippers

The evidence is undeniable, nobody could indict this officer for his actions.

The way that some are reacting only solidifies the fact that justice has nothing to do with this case. Uninformed/ignorant/violent scum....that comprises this group.

The unfortunate reality is that all of the power lies with those whole control the distribution of information (Media). Truth/lie/fact/fiction...it matters not. And those who are in bed with the media will purport anything they wish.

It is no longer about doing the right thing, its about doing the more profitable thing. We will never hear/see credible news items on mainstream media outlets because it is not profitable, creating rage out of thin air is. Why do you think they still read "Police kill unarmed teen" on broadcasts? This kid was a hulking beast, 1.5x the officers size, running at him...going to get shot that way, and he did.

Policy & laws are now sold to the moronic masses via mainstream media, and there are more low information voters out there than ever before...how the hell do you think that moron in the Whitehouse got reelected? How do you explain so many unfettered morons jumping on soapboxes over the likes of Brown and Martin? Two punk f*cks who got exactly what they deserved...the business end of a well placed bullet(s).

I've lost faith in the system. Its far too complicated, far too corrupt, filled to the brim with f*cking morons that have no business influencing the laws & policies of our country.

When a reasonable person impartially looks at the evidence in either of these cases it becomes plain where the fault lies..yet, here we are. Expending hundreds of thousands of dollars (likely millions in the end) in resources to handle this bullshit, all because the ratio of bottom-feeder moronic scum has reached critical mass.

Since this was not just ignorant **** da police ghetto culture and it was all about getting justice for the victim, I wonder if the concerned citizen protesters who torched the 8 local businesses last night will be turning themselves in this morning... or do those victims not get to see justice served?

Stupid hypocrites.

Basically when the (democrat) Prosecutor released ALL the evidence last night he hamstrung EVERY SINGLE MEDIA TYPE AND EVERY SINGLE POLITICIAN. How can they argue now? Nothing is covered up nor is it being hidden. They will pontificate for a few days but by doing this one thing (releasing the evidence) he basically told every one of these people to go fu#k theirselves, here is the truth.

I love that you found such immense joy in the decision that you were compelled to start your very own thread about it.

Well done, sport.

The evidence is irrelevant.
The facts are biased.
The truth is a lie.

EDIT: Here's a link to all the evidence:

This is pretty much what I thought would happen. I was definitely against the police pointing guns at people during the daytime protests.

The process with the grand jury seems to have been fair.

It is sad that the bad actors decided to basically burn the town down.

Texas, huh? You don't say.

We can't all live in dystopia...

Feel free not to check this thread if you don't want to read other peoples' opinions because you don't agree with them. I read the officer's statement and would have done the same thing had I been in that same position.

No officer or police is obligated to let himself be tackled to the ground and beaten by an assailant whether they be armed with a knife or just their fists.

All the evidence is being released. For people who criticize the police from time to time, and I definitely have - this isn't the case to martyr yourselfs over. We already had a thread criticizing the police overstepping such as SWAT raids for basic child support warrants - wtf. That has to stop. But this case is not part of that and I don't see how this actual shooting had anything to do the militarization of the police.

At best this kid was high, mean and stupid and decided to charge at the officer and got himself killed. He definitely committed multiple felonies within the hour of the shooting, including the strong-arm robbery and assaulting the officer in the police vehicle.

Also as the evidence comes out we'll know more. In particular that many of the so called witnesses who said he was standing still simply were not credible. And there were multiple witnesses that testified backing the officer's version of events. They didn't go public because they were worried about their safety from the crowds and people in the neighborhood. Lots of death threats have been made against the police in the area.

And that sums up this entire situation. People can madlib in all the adjectives they want: black suspect, white cop, and on and on but it's just designed to stir people up and has worked quite well. Read between all the hype and nonsense, remove the inflammatory buzz words, and what you're left with is a young man that made several poor decisions that ultimately cost him his life.

I think the problem was with both the people and the police. I watched live streaming last night for about 4 hours straight from the center of the protest, and i can say that the police were as much to blame as the protesters.

I hope this is a wake up call for our nation, otherwise this is just the tip of the iceberg for how we as people and police would handle larger scale problems. From the looks of it the result would be civil war if this is how we handle racial issues.

I guess the police were setting fires and looting stores in their own community, eh? I must have missed that clip.

According to the evidence, the victim, Officer Darren Wilson, was completely justified in his actions. I just hope he and his family can now live their lives in peace.

I have a feeling that those that don't actually care about justice, and what is right and wrong, (those that think rioting and looting is ok) will not let that happen.

A person can find your "jokes" in poor taste and also accept the grand jury decision as valid, if you can understand that is another story.

Please understand that I have nothing against you or your beliefs in what has happened. I'm sure your family and friends are great people and I'd probably have a drink with you while we shared a table to eat. You are free to post your thoughts and opinions on what has engulfed the media in recent news.

But when I read your post and saw that this was your final sentence.

all because the ratio of bottom-feeder moronic scum has reached critical mass.

and then immediately saw this in your signature...I had to chuckle a little.

In all seriousness, it was just the timing of what I read and then what I saw.

Well said :bluejump: You can't teach stupid. Once everyone of these idiots is done rioting and destroying their own neighborhood, they will go about their ways and the taxpayer and honest citizens will be left to pick up the pieces. Just goes to show how ignorant most folks are and how easily people can be influenced if you put certain "labels" or "causes" on things. Maybe a few more of these folks should be shot for their actions and then the rest would wake up and pull their heads out of the sand.
