I took my t4r out 4wheeling for the first time this weekend at Hollister Hills. I have to say I am quite impressed with the 2nd gen. I never got stuck and it handled everything with quite ease. Impressive for a stock vehicle. Also happy I didn't break anything.
Well today I have noticed a humming/scraping noise from the engine compartment. It gets louder as I push the gas. I went through some mud pits and water, so I'm thinking that is whats causing the noise. I took it to a do-it-yourself car wash and sprayed the whole car down. The 4runner runs the same, but does anyone know what the noise might be? Has it happened to anyone else?
