Hi, my name is Danny and I'm a runnerholic.

I've got a 2006 Tacoma TRD PR Access cab that I bought brand new and I've been enthralled with 4runners since I could drive. Always wanted one, especially a 4x4 one, but unfortunately when I bought my Tacoma I couldn't afford the extra for 4x4 or a 4runner, so I just went with the next best thing. Love my truck and I'll be holding onto it for awhile still. She's just a baby with just under 100k miles (probably hit 100k this week actually)

I'm hoping to add a 2007 4x4 SR5 4runner to the driveway later this week. Looked at one with 87k on it, super clean inside and out. Has had a minor accident/repair and I'll be the 4th owner. Surprisingly clean for having had 3 owners. During the test drive I couldn't get it into 4x4 low or get the diff lock working (4hi worked with some back and forth on the shifter) so I couldn't take it home that day. Lucky for me though, they're throwing in a brand new actuator at their cost and the price is staying the same. Little more than I wanted to pay considering the history, but everyone in Southern California knows how hard it is to find a clean 4runner before it disappears off the lots. At least I know because I missed out on about 4 different runners before I was able to nail down this one.

So I'm looking forward to some new offroad adventures in places my Prerunner can't get me (she's been beat up enough on fire roads, time for offroad retirement) and many miles and years ahead with yet another Toyota in the family. Lift, tires, sliders, stereo, and cb/antenna are my first set of planned mods, and then I figure I'll go from there.
