Noob help!

Sup guys so I put a bull bar on and I had an idiot friend help me. If you know how these go on, they simply replace the tow mount and a other mount on the front of your 4runner with two brackets. Well, what my genius friend did was use one of the longer bolts and shove all the threading in there until there is not more threading. Now I want to do a bumper mod and it requires for me to take those bolts out so I can take bull bar off. How would I do this? Here are pics of the long bolt. The other one was the right size.

should be able to use a large flat screw driver to apply downward (wedge) pressure as you wrench it off. Make sure it is straight so it doesn't get reverse cross threaded. It should start with enough pressure. If that doesnt work, you can cut the head off the bolt and push it up into the tube and try and get it out from one of the frame cut outs with a magnet

Just a thought on my part, get the idiot to remove it.

Otherwise you will have to put pressure on the long bolt and hit it with an impact wrench. Once everything has broken loose and nothing is still welded to the frame, then you can fix the problem right. You do realize that this is not going to go well. The next phase of this, if it hasn't already happened, will be the nut inside the frame is going to bust loose and then it will just turn freely inside the frame. That is when the "blue Flame liquid fire wrench" comes into play.

I would say the threads are not stripped.... yet. Had this happen to my 93 toyo pickup. Same spot. The nut inside the frame was still intact but the bolt had been screwed in too far so it rattled around the smooth shank. I did what I posted earlier and had success with no demage to nut. Dont need an impact, just a ratchet
