North Carolina rust treatment?

I bought a rusty 2006 SE that came from Wisconsin last year in 2020. Before even buying it I made sure the whole chassis was immune to stabbing with an awl. It's not rotten, but it is dusted with a uniform layer of rust blanketing every sq in of the chassis. Do any NC T4R users know a good business to take my 4R to for a rust treatment? Something like buffing down all the metal parts of the chassis with a grinder, and then treating them with a product: POR-15, fluid film, something. Also what would the general cost be? Looking for a business in the general area of Charlotte-Winston-Greensboro-Raleigh

Unfortunately not too many shops that specialize in that in the area. You could try a few body shops, otherwise you’re in to do it yourself.

I would find someone to sand blast the frame then have it painted.
