OBD II Monitor Readiness Status

Went to get the 4Runner smogged over the weekend and figured it would quick and easy since being a model year 2000 they would only need to plug into the OBD II port and check for CEL's and so on. Well mine showed the Catalyst monitor not ready so it failed. After reading the manual for my OBD II scanner it says that the vehicle needs to be driven under a variety of normal operating conditions that may include a mix highway driving, stop and go, city type driving and at least one overnight-off period and says to check your vehicle owners manual for specific info on how to get the monitors ready. Well there is no info in the owners manual about that. I drove it under all those conditions but there must more specific conditions like speed, for how long, ect....
I tried a quick search with no luck.

So does anybody know what the spcific conditions would be for a model year 2000?
