OEM Roof Rail Channel Nuts

Hi

I'm planning on building a roof rack and I was wondering if anyone knew the thickness of the OEM roof rack rail channel nuts? As well as the height of the channel for the rail's nuts? I can't seem to find any replacement nuts and plan to fabricate my own.

I'd check myself, but my mom has been borrowing my 4runner for the last month.

Factory nut thickness is 3/32", track will accept 3/16" nut and still slide, 1/4" will fit but it's tight.
