AS cool as it sounds, be aware that the SURF is Japanese Market spec, which means the headlights are different from US 4Runners. Ever notice the headlight cut-off when you are up against, say, a garage door? Notice the straight line as you go left to right, then a slight incline? For Japanese lights, it's the opposite. More light is aimed toward on-coming traffic (in Japan, they drive on the left side, not right).

US spec headlights look similar to this:

(so you can say you have OEM surf parts?). Lights are cool, but at that price, I'd pass (functionally speaking, they are sort-of worthless).

Then again, I shouldn't talk: I have OEM Toyota HiLux Surf (I had them sent in from Japan) window visors. Costs something like $350. I can't remember exactly. To my defense: after being on for nearly 3 years, they are still impeccable (no scratches) and are still clear (no fade). No leaks either. On my Honda Civic, the visors I installed about 1 1/2 years ago completely look like ass (faded/cracking/leak). Those were something like $40. You get what ya pay for I guess.

That cutoff is from a projector. The eBay headlights are reflectors. LHD / RHD are the same....buckaroo. :cowboy:

Physically yes, functionally, No. They are not. But whatever floats your boat. I lived overseas for about 10 years with RHD vehicles (my Surfs, HiLux truck and other Toyota cars which came from Japan).

Also, you are correct: Cut offs on the picture most likely are from projectors, but reflector cut offs are similar looking, if not more "blurry". So the picture is valid.
