Off road/all terrain tires that will fit factory rims?

I recently purchased a 4wd 2008 SR5 and I plan on getting a 3" lift on it. I really want to keep the factory rims and I am trying to find some all terrain tires that are slightly bigger than the stock ones without having to purchase new wheels. Any suggestions? I would like to get 31" tires. Thanks!

You can find a ton of options, just research at a website like tirerack.com and look at sizing. The stock diameter for your truck is 265. I have a 2003 (same wheel size) and I'm running 275 Goodyear AT tires - they just have a bigger diameter, more rubber. Ever seen jeeps with tiny rims and tires like some kind of massive tractor? Kinda like that, huge diameter without big rims.

Hope that helped - use your rim specs and look for a bigger diameter.

I agree with bradentyrer. And when it comes to AT tires, Terra Grapplers provide a dependable all-terrain performance. imho. I had these tires, and they really performed well.
