Welcome to the board!

Try the

button up top and you should find more than you want to know about tire sizes and what will/won't fit your rig.

My guess would be about a 265/75/16 or some variation thereof.

well.....thats going to be a big problem if they wont fit, please try to post something about it so if i need to cancel the order i can asap...

You will not be able to fit 16" wheels. You have to stay with 17" rims, and then the biggest tire you can fit without a lift is going to be a 265/70/17. The 285/70/17 rubs even with a 3" lift.

p.s. if you are asking about FirstToyz being a member at yotatech, then you have obviously been to yotatech ... have you checked the recent posts? or searched for the answer there? every 4runner forum has this discussion going right now! the concensus is - you can't fit 16" rims if you have a Sport Ed. because the rotors are 13" (whereas the other editions have 12" rotors, and can therefore fit 16" rims).

265/70/17 fits fine...

i am running BF goodrich All Terrain KO 265/70/17s..with no rubbing......

ohh yes i do have 2003 v8 sport edition ........
bcs of the front brake size you wont be able to run 16s with the sport edition....

hope this helps....
