Is there a good instruction on off-road lights install with wiring diagrams perhaps? I've got a 2010 4Runner. And I'd prefer a generic instruction, as I haven't got the lights yet, I consider different kinds. Or maybe that's the wrong thread (if it is, please move my post to the right place, as I am new here).

I'm sure there are plenty of threads that cover this. Use Google to search on 5th gen 4Runners lights installs. That's the best way to get good results. I've had good luck using the internal search engine but it takes a little more digging. There's just about a thread for everything and most folks are more than happy to provide info.
