Well, you'll just need any amplifier capable of outputting 100W.

For instance, your CB PA output only puts out 5 watts. You'll get 1/20th the power that speaker is capable of.

With a 100W amp, which just needs to be wired up to power, your CB signal goes into the amp, amplifies it to 20 times it's current volume and power, then outputs to the speaker.

I've seen people use old stereo amps.. etc, but I would just google a 100 watt amplifier.
