Oil Leak - Need some help finding torque value

Found oil all over my 2021 when I went to do an oil change this evening. Hard to say for sure where it's coming from based on the mess, but I suspect the stud pictured is part of the issue. The nut was about to fall off the stud completely.

I think this would be called Upper Oil Pan or maybe the Oil Pan Sub Assembly. It's above and forward of where the lower black oil pan is with the drain plug. It looks like there are only two studs with nuts and the rest are bolts.

Does anyone have a drawing for this area? I'm guessing based on the size of the stud it's somewhere around 12-15 ft.lb
