OME 881 and Tundra Bilsteins

I currently have OME 881 coils with Rough Country struts, but they are blown. I just ordered the Tundra Bilstein 5100s and was wondering which perch to set it on to get about 2" of lift over stock with my OME 881s? The Bilsteins come with 5 different height adjustments. Thanks in advance.

(I did search and read a lot of posts. Lots mention these coils and struts in the same thread, but none I've read actually answer the question I have.)

No problem. But also depending on how much you compress your springs they may also lift higher, or cause a rougher ride as well... So you may have to play with the settings a little to get it to a good comfy ride.
