OME springs & air bag question

two questions:

1. Is there any way to tell if you are looking at OME 890 or 891's? PO installed the springs and said they were the heavy duty ones. Can't find any marks on them is the coil wind or thickness different? After installing my cbi rear bumper w/swingout the rear end compresses very easily.

2. regarding Airbags that fit inside the coils. Is there a difference between the Firestone "coil-rite" and the Air-Lift brand? Might go this route to keep the rearend from squating especially when loaded with more gear.

btw-OME springs have maybe 20k miles on them.

Typically the 891 is refereed to as the heavy duty. Sometimes the A B tag will say what the coil is. You could take a calipers to the coil wire and measure it and compare to this chart. Cruiser Outfitters

I went with the 861 coils to regain my lift, and increase it too, with my added weight.

The 891 spring is shorter. 1/4" seems what Ive read, but Im sure its wrong.
