One new tire, three old tires and alignment

I wanted to get my car aligned again today. They got everything within in spec, but it pulls to the right when the wheel is straight. I have one new BFG on the DS rear and three others with 110k miles on them. I know that there are different OD's because of the treadwear, but could it affect straight line tracking?

Before the alignment the truck pulled to the left with a straight wheel; however, the alignment was out of spec.

Let me know your thoughts.

You are most certainly not tracking right due to those worn out tires. At 110k on the old tires you should have replaced them all.

I figured! They're not bald by any means. They have ~1/8" tread left. Anyway, I'm ordering 275's this week.

The fact that you got 110k out of them with ~1/8 left is pretty amazing! I was just surprised that you would've only done one tire when you did instead of all 4 to maintain equal tread all around.

The hidden issue is the age and wear of the tires no matter how much tread is still showing. Flat spots and runouts from over the years that would only be seen by a high end wheel balance machine would show you the hidden issues that you're experiencing. I had the same issue years ago with an old set BFG AT's. Kept realigning until I decided to get new shoes. Once I did that all was good!
