Opinions - Modular Storage Panel (MSP)

I know very little of what we buy to trick out our 4runners is really necessary, but I would like to get the opinion of those that have the Rago or Orange Boxx Modular Storage Panels if they are used a lot of if you have them because they look cool? Basically what I am looking to find out is if you had to buy them all over again would you?

I often wonder this myself.. I have the Orangeboxx panels, that I scored locally used for 1/4 the price. That's the only way that I would buy them again. I have a few things mounted on them now, and I see how they are pretty sweet for organizing your gear. But for the price (being in Canada so shipping, customs, and $ exchange) I would choose throwing everything in a duffel bag, over paying full price for them.
